Terms and conditions

These terms apply between Studio Lab, run by Prashant Chauhan, Malta ("Studio Lab"), and the business that orders a service ("the client"). The written quote or proposal for each project forms part of these terms. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote wins.

Studio Lab creates content and reels, runs ads, builds websites and customer apps, and sets up AI automations. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in its quote.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Prices are in euro and as shown in the quote. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. One-off projects are billed as set out in the quote, usually with a deposit before work begins.

Invoices are due within 14 days unless the quote says otherwise. Work may be paused while an invoice is overdue.

Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the platform (for example Meta or Google) and are not part of Studio Lab's fees.

The client provides accurate information, timely feedback, and the access, logos, photos, product details and approvals the work needs.

The client confirms it has the right to use everything it supplies, and that its products, offers and claims are lawful and truthful. Studio Lab may decline to publish content or ads it believes break the law or a platform's rules.

Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Content is published only after the client approves it, unless a monthly plan says otherwise.

Once paid in full, the client owns the final deliverables made for it, such as edited videos, ad creatives, website content and designs.

Studio Lab keeps ownership of its own tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, and gives the client a licence to use them as part of the delivered work.

Studio Lab may show finished work in its portfolio and social media unless the client asks it not to.

Studio Lab works to get good results, but sales, leads, reach and rankings depend on many things outside its control, including platform algorithms, the market and the client's own offer. No specific result is guaranteed unless the quote says so in writing.

Monthly plans can be cancelled by either side with 30 days' written notice, unless the quote sets a minimum term. One-off projects can be cancelled in writing; work done and costs committed up to that point are payable.

Studio Lab is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, or for actions taken by platforms such as account restrictions. Its total liability for a project is limited to the fees the client paid for that project in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Maltese law.

Both sides keep each other's non-public information confidential. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy at studiolab.digital/privacy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction.
