Studio Lab is a digital studio in Malta that creates content, ads, websites, customer apps and AI automations that help local businesses win more customers. It was founded by Prashant Chauhan. He is Founder, Studio Lab (Malta), and Head of Growth & E-commerce at a Malta retailer.

Who is behind Studio Lab

I'm Prashant Chauhan. I run Studio Lab in Malta, and I am also Head of Growth & E-commerce at a Malta retailer, which I do not name. Studio Lab builds websites, Shopify stores and 3D property websites, makes Instagram reels, runs Meta and Google ads and sets up AI assistants for WhatsApp. Every price is fixed before work starts.

What I have done

Ad spend

Prashant Chauhan manages about €150,000 a year in Meta and Google ad spend.

Orders a day at a Malta retailer

Prashant grew a Malta retailer from about 10 to about 110 orders a day, as its Head of Growth & E-commerce.

For a Malta retailer: €1.32M in online sales and 14,654 orders on Shopify, January 2023 to September 2026.

Counts: sales and orders on that retailer's Shopify store over those 45 months, in euro, from Shopify's own analytics. Work done in his role there; not Studio Lab client work.

Systems built

Built a Malta retailer's AI shopping assistant and its operations CRM.

Counts: two systems he built in his role there.

A software company

Built and sold an AI voice-agent SaaS to 361 businesses.

Counts: business customers of his earlier software company, before Studio Lab.

His own brand

Home of Wellness, the founder's own online brand in India: €150,000 in its first six months, about 200 orders a day.

Counts: sales in the brand's first six months and its orders a day. His own brand, not a client.

Education

MBA, Rome Business School.

The retailer results are work I did in my role there, not Studio Lab client work. Home of Wellness is my own brand.

How Studio Lab works

  • One fixed price per job, agreed on a 15-minute call before work starts. No hidden charges and no published discounts.
  • Websites: Studio Lab writes the text, you approve it, and the domain is registered in your name.
  • Phone first, a WhatsApp button on every page, the Google basics included.
  • Studio reels are produced in the studio from your listing, product or brand; on-location reels are filmed at your place. Neither is presented as the other.
  • Concept work is labelled "Concept project, not a client commission".

What Studio Lab does not do

  • No promise of Google rankings or of appearing in ChatGPT or other AI answers. The search basics are set up; results are not guaranteed.
  • No fake or paid reviews.
  • No AI-made reels presented as filmed work.
  • No grant applications (Digitalise Your SME and similar are not handled).
  • No published discounts; the price is fixed before work starts.
