Is this a 3D tour or a website?
It is a website. A 3D tour is a file that a filming company makes and you embed somewhere; a portal is somebody else's site with your listing on it. A 3D property website is your own site on your own address, where the building is the centrepiece and everything a buyer needs sits around it as page text: the apartments, sizes, floor plans, location and a button to book a visit. Studio Lab does not film tours.

Two concept websites show the format. Tower Road Residences is a concept for 18 corner apartments in Sliema: a concept visualisation and a two-minute concept walk-through film, a floor-plan view with room sizes, and a form to book a site visit. Harbour & Stone is a concept estate-agency website with homes for sale across Malta and Gozo and a WhatsApp button to book a viewing. Both are concepts, not client commissions; the prices and figures on them are demo values.
How much do 3D tours cost for large properties?
3D tours are priced by the companies that film them, and Studio Lab does not sell tours. A 3D property website from Studio Lab is €699, and that price is for the website, not for filming. If you already have a tour, renders or a video, tell us on the call and the scope is set around them before work starts.
